Caramel Granola
Yes, you heard us right, Caramel Sauce for breakfast! Yes, you’re welcome. It is remarkably easy, unbelievably delicious, and you can add any little bits you have around like nuts, dried fruit, coconut flakes, chocolate chips (wait did I just suggest that?).
My greatest battle is to avoid plastic at any and all costs, and so this is a great way to have a delicious and quick breakfast with no preservatives and you’re in charge of the ingredients.

Ingredients
2 cups of whole oats
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup butter (or olive oil)
2oz jar Goat Milk Caramel Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F
Stir together the oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon, butter and caramel sauce
Spread the mixture onto a flat platter or baking sheet in a thin layer
Now is the time to add anything else: dried fruit, nuts, coconut flakes
Allow to cool completely before placing in a storage container
