No Bake Caramel Chocolate Cookies

These no bake cookies know exactly how good they are, and soon you will too. Get ready to impress yourself and your friends with little prep time and no need to preheat the oven!

Be sure to allow for the full set time and allow time in the fridge before serving. While you’re at it, add to this gooey goodness and add a drizzle of our Goat Milk Caramel sauce on top.

Makes: 30 cookies
Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1/4 cup Goat Milk Caramel Sauce
1/2 cup milk
1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Large pinch of Kosher Sale

Directions

  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment.

  • Bring the sugar, milk, butter and cocoa to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, then let boil for 1 minute.

  • Remove from the heat. Add the oats, peanut butter, vanilla and salt, and stir to combine.

  • Drop tablespoon of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, and let sit at room temperature until cooled and hardened, about 30 minutes, then drizzle Goat Milk Caramel Sauce.

  • Refrigerate and store in an airtight container up to 7 days.
