Caramel Frosting

We’ve been loving this Chocolate Cake recipe from Add A Pinch. If I were to be real, I’ve made this about every week for the past month. My husband hates butter, and thus buttercream icing, so I’ve been on a quest to make a whipping cream stand in. I think we’ve nailed it. Option to add a vanilla pudding packet or 3 Tbsp of cream cheese to make an extra thick frosting.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heaving Whipping Cream

  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 4 Tbsp Goat Milk Caramel Sauce

  • Optional: Vanilla Pudding Packet or 3 Tbsp Cream Cheese

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.

  • With an immersion blender, blend for 2 minutes until thick.

  • You can pipe or spread on your dessert and enjoy the rich, creamy flavor!
