Traditionally called Cajeta, a Mexican version of Dulce de Leche, an exact proportion of Vanilla Beans to Cinnamon Sticks steep for hours in boiling milk. The sweet notes of Vanilla Bean elevate the deep notes of cinnamon into a perfectly choreographed blend.
This sauce pairs perfectly with a Chai Tea or Cappuccino, apple and peach pies, thumbprint cookies, swirled atop brownies, peanut butter sandwiches, and (of course) s’mores.

My parents are from Mexico and they used to bring back Cajeta which is a brand of goat’s milk cinnamon caramel sauce and candies made from goat milk. So when I saw table mountain goatmilk cinnamon caramel sauce at a local bakery, I had to try it. This is the first goatmilk caramel that I have tried that tastes exactly like the “Cajeta” goatmilk caramel from Mexico! Except this is better for you because it doesn’t have all the preservative chemicals in it! I absolutely love this caramel sauce and I just placed an order to try the other flavors.
