This was my first ever attempt and I can’t believe how easy it was. Really! How has this not been my go-to for holiday gifts. Forget my holiday jars of granola my friends, you’re gettin’ Caramel Popcorn this year!
1/2 Cup raw popcorn kernels
1/4 Cup Goat Milk Caramel
Pop the kernels in a pot or microwave and remove any un-popped kernels
Stir caramel to bowl of popped corn
Arrange 1 layer of mixture on 2 baking sheets
Set the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to break clumps. Enjoy!
